Karla Bedolla-Garcia, FNP-C

Karla graduated from Umatilla High School knowing she wanted to pursue a career in nursing and eventually become a nurse practitioner. She completed her undergraduate nursing degree at Oregon Health & Science University in La Grande. For six years she worked public health, and it was during this time she decided to pursue her longtime goal of become a nurse practitioner a little sooner than her original 10-year plan. 

 

She went on to earn her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Oregon Health & Science University. Throughout her clinical training, she especially enjoyed family practice and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and care for them throughout different stages of life. 

 

Outside of work, Karla enjoys traveling, going on walks, trying new coffee shops, and watching movies (especially superhero ones). She also enjoys meeting new people and making connections along the way.
