Family Health Associates is an independently-owned primary care medical practice in Hermiston, OR. We provide comprehensive medical care to people of all ages. Our team of providers care for all members of your family, treating illness and injury, promoting disease prevention, managing your simplest to most complex medical conditions. Family Health Associates is comprised of:

Family Health Associates Hermiston (FHA)

Our main office is located near Good Shepherd Medical Center. This is a full spectrum primary care clinic where we care for our patients. At FHA we are able to do everything from newborn exams and childhood immunizations to care for the elderly. Lab services are located on-site. At FHA, we are able to perform a number of medical procedures, including newborn circumcisions, casting, skin biopsies, laceration repair, etc.

FHA Umatilla (FHAU)

FHA Umatilla is one of our Family Health Associates clinics. Our new facility is located in Umatilla, Oregon behind the post office and Mobil station/Subway. Multiple of the FHA providers rotate through this clinic during the week.

FHA Boardman (FHAB)

FHA Boardman is one of our Family Health Associates clinics. We are located in Boardman, Oregon. Multiple of the FHA providers rotate through this clinic during the week.

FHA After-Hour Clinic

This walk-in clinic is located at our Hermiston office. Monday through Thursday evenings from 4:00-6:00pm. All FHA patients have access to our providers for urgent needs without an appointment. During these hours, we do not fill prescriptions for pain medications or perform routine care.

FHA Concussion and Sports Medicine Clinic

As an extended service, FHA offers access to a formally trained concussion specialist. Dr Earl is one of a handful of Certified ImPACT Consultants in Oregon, which has allowed FHA to introduce and sponsor computerized concussion testing to area student-athletes and state of the art care after a concussion has occurred. Our providers also serve as Team Physicians at area schools and sports teams and care for a number of sports related injuries at all of our clinic locations.

FHA Cosmetic Clinic

At Family Health Associates, we realize that healthcare means caring for more than your blood pressure, cholesterol and sugars. At the FHA Cosmetic (Aesthetic) Medicine Clinic we can help improve both your appearance and your health. Call for an appointment.

24 Hour Access to Providers

Even when Family Health Associates is closed, one of our providers is available to answer questions and when necessary, provide care. During our clinic hours, simply call (541) 567-6434. If the clinic is closed, please call (541) 567-6434 and speak to our on call answering service. If this is a non-emergency, you may leave a message with the answering service. In the event of an emergency, the answering service will contact the on-call physician. The on-call physician will then return your call.
